As it's only 11 a.m. you can still order today and you have around about 3 hours left before you reach our cut off for same day delivery time.

Do you deliver today?

We deliver same day flowers from Monday to Saturday.

What is your cut off time for a same day delivery?

The cut off time for a same day flower order is 2 p.m. today and 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Are you a local business?

Yes we are an Australian owned local business.

Can I call you to place a flower order?

Yes you can and we encourage that you call us to place a flower order, the benefit to speaking with us is that you get expert advice on what flowers to order and we can also help you write the card message to go with your flowers or gifts.

I'm unsure it's a person I'm sending flowers to his at home, off is that ok?

That is a valid concern however you don't need to worry about it as if we are sending flowers to a home address and nobody's home we will leave the flowers in the safest possible position but not hidden that well that the recipient won't see the flowers.

It's worth noting also that our delivery driver will leave flowers out of the sun so they don't get damaged also.

Can I get a flower order at 10 a.m.?

We are sorry to say that we do not guarantee delivery times so you cannot get a flower order at 10 a.m., most of our flowers that are for a same day delivery will be delivered from one hour of you placing your order up until 5 or even 6 p.m. of the same day. That said most flower orders will be delivered as soon as possible depending on weather conditions and traffic in town.

My friend just had a baby in hospital, can I send her flowers there?

Yes you can send your friend some flowers and we recommend flowers that are in an arrangement or try picking one about package deals. The reason we recommend flowers in an arrangement he's that they can be easily delivered and sat next to the bed of the patient in the maternity ward, they are easy to transport once the patient is out of hospital, and most importantly no hospitals in Wollongong stock flower vases.

Do you deliver flowers to flats or apartments?

How can I confirm the flower order I just placed online?

It's actually really easy to do and you can do that by checking your email approximately 20 minutes after you place the order, on that email you will see all the details about your order so it's best to check it then. If you haven't received your email after 20 minutes please check your spam folder in your email program. If for some reason you find that there is a mistake in the delivery details please ensure that you call us as soon as possible so that we can fix the problem for you.

Can I get a tax invoice for the flowers I just bought?

If you order the flowers over the phone you will need to ask for a tax invoice either after you place the order, or you call us later to acquire one. You should have ordered on our website our system will email you a tax invoice around about half an hour after you place the order.
